Pineapple Pie Soda

Your favourite pineapple pie turned into a delectable, delicious soda. Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple and Vanilla Syrups with a hint of fresh lemon served over ice and finished with a splash of effervescent soda! Elevate this tropical soda by introducing a hint of rum.

INGREDIENTS

Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Syrup 10ml
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup
Top up with Soda water
10ml Lemon juice
30ml Rum (for alcoholic version)

Garnish

Lemon twist placed on top

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish and serve.
