Spiced Chilli Soda

A bold and fiery mix of Mathieu Teisseire Ginger Syrup, fresh red chilli, zesty fresh lime and effervescent soda. Blend with vodka for an alcoholic twist!

Serve 2 Spiced Chili Soda Seul Vdef 2 (1)

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Ginger Syrup
10ml Lime juice
Top up with Sparkling water
30ml Vodka (for alcoholic version)

Garnish

Chili powder swirl, lime wedge and red chilli pepper

Method

  1. Prepare the glass by painting with syrup, the swirl and adhering the chilli powder.
  2. Smash the chilli in a mixing glass, add lemon juice and ginger syrup, and shake.
  3. Strain into the glass filled with ice, before topping with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish and serve.
