Chai Pear Soda

A delicately balanced blend of Mathieu Teisseire Aromatic Masala Chai Tea and fruity Pear Syrups combined with zesty fresh lemon and finished with a spritz of sparkling water. Dial up with a dash of vodka for an alcoholic blend.

INGREDIENTS

15ml	Mathieu Teisseire Masala Chai Tea Syrup
10ml	Mathieu Teisseire Pear Syrup
20ml	Lemon juice
250ml	Sparkling water
30ml	Vodka (for alcoholic version)

Garnish

Pear slice and star anise

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a glass and fill with ice.
Stir well.
Garnish and serve.
