Iced White Chocolate Mochaccino

A sensuous blend of Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate and vanilla flavours with coffee, milk and cream.

A short tumbler glass is placed on a wicker matt on top of a glass table. The glass contains an iced coffee drink, topped with cream and chocolate shavings.

INGREDIENTS

100ml Cold Coffee
100ml Half & Half
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup

Garnish

Whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender with a small scoop of ice and blend to mix.
  2. Pour into the glass.
  3. Garnish and serve.
