A small glass is placed at the edge of a wooden table. The glass contains a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and white chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Spiced Rum
12.5ml Coconut syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate syrup
100ml Steamed Milk (or non-dairy substitute) *(exact volume may vary depending on glassware)

Garnish

White chocolate whipped cream with desiccated or shaved coconut and white chocolate piece.

Method

  1. Add the syrups and rum to a coffee glass.
  2. Top up with steamed milked. Stirring to mix.
  3. Top with white chocolate whipped cream.
  4. Garnish and serve.
