INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit and Lychee Syrup
120m White tea
2 piece of Lychee fruit from can
1 Slice grapefruit
Handful Tapioca bob

Garnish

Mint leaves

Method

  1. Add the lychees and the slice of pink grapefruit to a highball glass and gently muddle to extract the juice and release the flavour.
  2. Add the boba and fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add the Mathieu Teisseire Pink Grapefruit and Lychee Syrup and white tea and stir gently to mix.
  4. Garnish and serve.
