INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
To top Sparkling Wine.

Garnish

Sugar-coated rim and ring of lemon.

Method

  1. Sugarcoat the rim of the glass.
  2. Place the syrup into the glass and top up with the sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish and serve.
