INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka
25ml Cotton Candy Syrup
25ml Lime Juice
100ml Cranberry Juice

Garnish

Cotton candy.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake to mix and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish and serve.
  3. To make it non-alcoholic, increase the syrup and lime juice to 30ml and top up with 40ml of sparkling water.
