Havana Cuba, the birthplace of the Mojito. Place the lime wedges into a glass and muddle them gently. Add the mint leaves, stirring them and then add the syrups. Stir well, garnish and serve.

INGREDIENTS

20ml	Mojito Syrup
20ml	Blueberry Syrup
4 - 5	Lime Wedges
Handful of	Mint Leaves
150ml	Soda Water

Garnish

Mint sprig and fresh blueberries.

Method

Place the lime wedges into a glass and muddle them gently.
Add the mint leaves, stirring them and then add the syrups. Top with soda.
Stir well, garnish and serve.
