INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cotton Candy Syrup
30ml Espresso
180ml Milk

Garnish

Cotton Candy

Method

  1. Pour syrup into a latte glass and put aside.
  2. Steam milk until frothy and pour over syrup.
  3. Pour coffee over mix.
  4. Garnish with cotton candy and serve.
