Mathieu Teisseire Q3&4 Bloody Mathieu

INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka
10ml Rosemary Syrup
10ml Basil Syrup
1 bar spoon Olive Oil Carapelli
70ml Clear Tomato Juice
1 drop Balsamic Vinegar
2 drops Noroi Foamer Vegan

Garnish

Slice of parmesan and Rosemary leaves.

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a shaker full of ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a tumbler.
  3. Garnish and serve.
