Hot Choco-Pistachio Dubai Style

This Dubai-style treat is pure decadence in a cup. Smooth and nutty with the perfect combination of Mathieu Teisseire Dubai Chocolate and Pistachio Syrup

INGREDIENTS

20ml	Mathieu Teisseire Dubai Chocolate
20ml	Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
250ml	Steamed Milk
50g	Callebaut chocolate chips

Garnish

Big marshmallow and pistachios

Method

Rim the glass with pistachio paste and kataifi.
Pour both syrups into a glass.
Add steamed milk and chocolate chips.
Garnish and serve.
