Watermelon & Cucumber Spritz

A crisp, clean Spritz with delicate cucumber and fruity watermelon.

A large copa glass is placed on a marble bar top. The glass contains a pale pink drink, and is topped with a ring of fresh cucumber.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Watermelon Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
150-200ml Sparkling Sparkling Water/Soda Water* *Exact volume may vary depending on glassware

Garnish

Watermelon cubes and Cucumber ribbon.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large wine glass or Copa glass full of ice.
  2. Stir to mix, garnish and serve.
