A zesty and refreshing shandy balancing bitter, hoppy pale ale with the sweet tropical notes of Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Passionfruit Syrup
284ml Pale Ale
259ml Lemon Soda

Garnish

Slice of fresh passionfruit.

Method

  1. Add the passionfruit syrup to a pint glass, half fill with lemon soda and swirl to mix.
  2. Gently top with pale ale.
  3. Garnish and serve.
