Home of the Tiki and all things tropical. A truly exotic experience with this tropical punch. Pink grapefruit, pineapple and passionfruit blended with rum and lime juice.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Rum (or Mezcal)
25ml Lime Juice
12.5ml Pink Grapefruit Syrup
12.5ml Passionfruit Syrup
100ml Pineapple Juice

Garnish

Pineapple leaves, pink grapefruit wedge, passionfruit pulp and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a tiki glass half full of crushed ice and mix through with a bar spoon or swizzle stick.
  2. Cap with more crushed ice to finish, garnish and serve.
