On top of a bar surface, placed on a serving board, there is a milk bottle styled glass filled with a cream coloured smoothie. The smoothie is topped with gingerbread and sliced bananas. Also on the serving tray there are slices of gingerbread.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Gingerbread Syrup
1 Frozen Banana
1 Teaspoon Crunchy Peanut Butter
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (or a similar non-dairy substitute)
1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon

Garnish

Banana slice with a micro slice of gingerbread on top, place over bottle opening with hole for a straw to pass through into the drink.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender with a small scoop of ice and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  2. Pour into the milk bottle glass, garnish and serve.
