Add a dash of colour to your menu with our Yuzu Blu. It's a mix of yuzu citron syrup, blueberry syrup and club soda. A new classic.

INGREDIENTS

30ml	Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Citron syrup
15ml	Mathieu Teisseire Blueberry Syrup
Club Soda	To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Blueberries, Lemon Wedge

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add syrups and roll into a mixing glass and back again.
Top up with club soda.
