Venice Rhubarb & Raspberry Spritz 

Inspired by Venice’s spritz culture. A blend of sweet raspberry and tart rhubarb syrup, paired with vodka, lemon juice and of course sparkling wine.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka
12.5ml Raspberry Syrup
12.5ml Rhubarb Syrup
12.5ml Lemon Juice 
150ml Sparkling Wine

Garnish

Raspberries on a pick.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a Copa or Wine glass full of ice, stir gently to mix.
  2. Garnish and serve.
