INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Passion Fruit Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Chilli Pepper Syrup
2 Lime wedges
2 Dashes of Tabasco
50ml Pineapple juice
1 Dash of sparkling water

Garnish

Chilli lime salt powder and green chilli pepper

Method

  1. Dip the edge of the glass into lime juice and then into chilli lime salt power.
  2. Shake hard to mix.
  3. Strain into your pre-prepared chilli lime salt dipped tumbler glass. Top up with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish and serve.
