INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Strawberry Puree
100ml Rose Wine

Garnish

Lime Zest

Method

  1. Pour strawberry puree, rose wine into a wine glass.
  2. Stir gently with a mixing spoon.
  3. Top up with ice cubes and garnish with lime zest.
