INGREDIENTS

20ml	Gin
20ml	Campari
10ml	Ratafia Syrup
50ml	Sparkling Sake

Garnish

Cherry.

Method

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Fill an old-fashioned glass with cubed ice and pour the contents of the shaker over.
Garnish and serve.
