Pomegranate Martini

This luscious Martini mixes pomegranate syrup and pomegranate juice with lemon juice and vodka to create a fruity take on the classic.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Pomegranate Syrup
50ml Vodka
10ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pomegranate Juice

Garnish

Pomegranate slice.

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. For non-alcoholic serves use 65ml pomegranate juice.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
