Recipe 173 Pistachio Colada

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
30g Vanilla Powder
80ml Pineapple Juice
10ml fresh Lime Juice

Garnish

Ice, whipped Cream, crushed Pistachio Nuts

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, including ice, into a blender cup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place the mix into a highball glass.
  3.  Garnish with whipped cream and crushed pistachio nuts.
