INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Remix Peach and Cardamom Cordial
200ml Hot chamomile tea
10ml Honey
10ml Fresh lemon juice

Garnish

Cinnamon stick, star anise and lemon twist

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass.
  2. Stir well to infuse flavours.
  3. Garnish and serve.
