INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Chocolate Syrup
1 shot Espresso
150ml Milk

Method

  1. Pour the espresso and cherry and chocolate syrup into a latte glass and reserve.
  2. Steam the milk until a velvet texture.
  3. Pour foamed milk over coffee and serve.
