INGREDIENTS

50ml Mathieu Teisseire Mango Puree
7ml Lime juice
Top up Extra dry sparkling wine

Garnish

Gypsophila

Method

  1. Pour mango puree and extra dry sparkling wine into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Stir gently with a mixing spoon.
  3. Garnish and serve.
