Lemon Drop

Get sales rising with our Lemon Drop cocktail - a mix of lemon syrup, cointreau and granulated sugar.

Ingredients

45ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup; 40ml Vodka; 15ml Cointreau

Garnish
Lemon Twist, Granulated Sugar for Rim

Method

Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a martini glass.
Make the lemon twist.
Place the vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker, fill it with ice, and shake until cold.
Fine Strain the drink into the glass with the sugared rim. Garnish with the lemon twist.
