A sweet escape, our Lagoon mocktail is made with le blue syrup, passion fruit syrup, almond milk, vanilla ice cream and mango.

Ingredients

15ml Mathieu Teisseire Le Blue Syrup; 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Passion Fruit Syrup; 60ml Almond Milk; 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream; ¼ Mango

Garnish
Ice, Whipped Cream, Mango Slice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients, except garnish, into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and mango slice.
