INGREDIENTS

50ml Gold Rum
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Macadamia Syrup
12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
150ml Greek Yogurt

Garnish

Crushed macadamia nuts sprinkled on the surface.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake hard to mix.
  2. Chill, dilute and emulsify, strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  3. Garnish and serve.
