The stuff dreams are made of...our Green Dream cocktail, made with cucumber syrup, light rum, lemonade and kiwi.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
40ml Light Rum
Lemonade To taste
½ Kiwi

Garnish

Crushed Ice

Method

  1. Muddle kiwi with cucumber syrup in a highball, and cover with crushed ice.
  2. Add rum.
  3. Top up with lemonade.
