INGREDIENTS

12.5ml Raspberry Syrup
12.5ml Strawberry Syrup
150ml Champagne/Crémant/French
1 part Sparkling Wine

Garnish

Fresh raspberry and strawberry on a pick.

Method

  1. Add the syrups to a Champagne flute, top with chilled sparkling wine (Champagne/Crémant or similar), stir gently to mix, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
  2. Use a non-alcoholic sparkling wine to make it non-alcoholic.
