Fresh and bright Oolong meets the subtle caramel sweetness of dates, gently warmed with orange and a splash of Mathieu Teisseire Caribbean Spice.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Date Syrup
50ml Mathieu Teisseire Caribbean Spice
15ml Fresh Orange Juice
100ml Hot Oolong Tea

Garnish

Dehydrated orange, cinnamon stick, Rosemary sprig and star anise

Method

  1. Heat all ingredients and combine in a heatproof glass.
  2. Stir well to infuse flavours.
  3. Garnish and serve.
