Inject some sparkle into your menu with this elegant serve. Our Cherry Sparkle combines cherry syrup and sparkling wine for a simple yet elevated Bellini-inspired classic.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Cherry Syrup
125ml Sparkling Wine

Garnish

Cocktail cherry on pick.

Method

  1. Add the cherry syrup to a Champagne flute and top with chilled sparkling wine, garnish with a cherry and serve.
