INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Syrup
5ml Mathieu Teisseire Vanilla Syrup
45ml Light Rum
10ml Lemon Juice

Garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Fine strain into a martini glass.
