INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Rosemary Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple Syrup
10ml fresh Lime Juice
5 Basil Leaves
40ml Coconut Water
Tonic Water To Taste

Garnish

Ice, Basil Leaves

Method

  1. Muddle syrups, juice, leaves and coconut water and shake.
  2. Pour into a tumbler, adding soda water to taste.
  3. Garnish with basil leaves.
