Blue Hawaiian

Our Blue Hawaiian is made with le blue and coconut syrups, lime juice, pineapple juice, white rum and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yes, it's made to enjoy.

An ultra highball glass is placed on a large green coaster, which rests on a marble table. The glass contains an icy green liquid, a golden straw and a garnish of pineapple leaves.

INGREDIENTS

50ml White Rum
12.5ml Coconut Syrup
25ml Le Blue Syrup
12.5ml Lime Juice
200ml Pineapple Juice
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Garnish

Pineapple leaves.

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish and serve.
  3. For a non-alcoholic serve use 250ml pineapple juice.
