A sumptuous bitter-sweet Spritz blending Mathieu Teisseire Bitter Aperitif and Peach with zesty lemon and effervescent soda.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Mathieu Teisseire Peach Syrup
25ml Mathieu Teisseire Bitter Aperitif Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
125ml Sparkling Water or Soda Water *adjust to fit glassware used

Garnish

Peach slice and dried cranberry pieces.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a Copa or large wine glass full with ice.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. Garnish and serve.
