Bees knees Gin Cocktail Mixology with honey and lime juice

INGREDIENTS

20ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
50ml Gin

Garnish

Ice, Lemon Zest, Honeycomb

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake with ice.
  2. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest and a piece of honeycomb.
